All treatment plans are individualized based on a comprehensive evaluation.

For many individuals, telehealth is an effective option for psychiatric medication management. During your initial evaluation, we will determine whether telehealth, in-person care, or a combination of both is the best fit for your needs.

Initial psychiatric evaluations typically last 60-90 minutes. This appointment includes a detailed review of symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, current medications, and treatment goals.

Follow-up visits usually last 20–30 minutes. Appointment frequency depends on your diagnosis, medication changes, and clinical stability.

When clinically appropriate and in accordance with Utah and federal regulations, ADHD medications may be prescribed. Controlled medications require additional monitoring and follow-up, and not all individuals or situations are appropriate for these medications.

Controlled medications may be prescribed when medically appropriate and compliant with all regulatory requirements. Prescribing decisions are based on clinical evaluation, safety considerations, and ongoing monitoring.

Therapy is not required to receive medication management. However, combined treatment with therapy and medication is often beneficial. We welcome collaboration with therapists and other healthcare providers in Utah.

Our approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and conservative. We focus on careful assessment, thoughtful medication selection, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects, and shared decision-making.

Please visit our insurances page for current coverages. We also accept cash self-pay.

Self-pay rates depend on the type of appointment (initial evaluation or follow-up). Initial evaluation is $250 and follow up visits are $150
